That took a lot of work. It looks like it's on a truck frame, notice the solid rear axle. I wouldn't build it or own it, but I'd roll around town with the owner to see the looks. I think it was obviously built to be funny. There is a car in town, I think it's a chrysler 300 or similar and the wheel wells have been tastefully expanded so that 30" wheels actually fit the car. It's still 2 ft off the ground, but looks almost like it was supposed to be like that from the factory, they did a great job on it. I wouldn't own or build that one either, but I can appreciate the work that it takes to complete something like that.
