  • All in a days work, another swap finished

So last week a buddy text me saying a guy from another forum started a KL swap into a Protege 5 but couldn't figure out the wiring and was just hounding him to come wire up the P5 for him, my buddy could have easily done the wiring but lives about 4 hours away where as I'm only an hour away, so he offered the job to me

I got there about 10am saturday morning and first thing I pulled the intake and wiring harness out and by 4:30pm i had it all back together and she fired up damn I'm good haha

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

Well I had to show off the festiva

I am daily driving the festiva but I have to drive it easy and stay out of boost or else I go through oil like crazy, on the hour trip to the P5 I had a bit of fun racing an Infiniti G35 he couldn't shake me off his bumper haha

But I left with the motor full of oil and got there with it on the low mark stupid rear main seal.... My GF has next week off work so I'm hoping to take advantage of having access to the escape for work and hopefully get the seal changed on the festiva and finally get the kinks worked out lol

"drive easy and stay out of boost" Lol, that's funny Chris.
I have a feeling that non leaky rear main seal will help solve slippy clutch.

Might need a new clutch disc. Clutch's dont care much for oil on them.
