      The guy in the Festiva was not going in reverse nearly enough. Supposed it lasted as long as it did. It's so light when it got hit it was just tossed around.

            He must have came 3rd. The top 3 of each heat go to the final. Heres a video of the final, looks like he loses his transmission.

              There was a festiva in a derby in Donnellson, IA that won the compacts. That was a proud moment.

                I love how it gets pushed onto the cement blocks, then pushes back like a baws! That Tercel did really well too, even though it's front wheels were pointed at each other at the end. Some of those cars actaully look better after the derby than they did before. I like the volvo style rear hatch mod on the Escort wagon! Sad to see a Festy abused like that but I like to think it was a rust bucket. Don't tell me if it wasn't because I'd rather not know.

                  It hid in the corner for the first two minutes! Gotta love Festivas, you can park anywhere, and nobody even notices you're there.

                    You are supposed to be disqualified if you haven't made contact in over 30seconds, some places don't call it though.
