I actually haven't had that many problems with comcast. It was a pain getting the guy to install the cable so I didn't have horrible noise(he wrote in the notes "customer is anal about signal quality") and get bad speed, but once it was set up I haven't had to call back.

I still wish I had better DSL options around here. It's nice having 6mb download, but my torrents would run faster if I had more than 256k up.

there is nothing like the do - it - yourself installation of DSL!!!!!
