Someone on the forum was saying they couldn't get into their rear hatch. This may or may not be the culprit, but I figured I'd make this video showing how you can lock and unlock your hatch without a key. Looking it is easy. But you do have to crawl into the back and stick your figure in a tight spot to wiggle the lever to unlock it. Still pretty easy though. Hope this helps someone out there.
