Hows this Mazda 323! Is this possible with a festiva bpt? this guys catching some traction, I got 9:1 cp forged pistons, Eagle forged connecting rods, ARP head and main studs, gates racing timing belt, Cometic head gasket, and a rebuilt head but I have to do more head work I think

Someday. A simple 9:1 bp is not gonna cut it though...

I always thought the lower the compression the more boost you can run safely? correct me if Im wrong, I definetly want to learn this

Yeah, if you wanna fall short.

High compression, high boost. Build the motor to handle it and fuel it properly.

            Look at the Honda guys.

                -____-

Anything is possible as long as you build it right.

                    Nothing right now.

My old bpt car was a stock bp.

14-15ish. Was running out of fuel on a rocketchip ecu.

Stock bp can handle 14.7.. Which is the boost cut on the stock bpt ecu. I plan on setting mine at 12-14 when I'm done.. But I'm using a vf30 turbo, so hoping it won't boost till 3-4k revs. That way I keep traction off the mark.

My vf30 is hitting boost cut at 14.7 psi... When I reach 5000 rpm.. It's set to stock psi on the turbo which is meant to be 6... So when it's meant to run 6 it's running 14.7.. Vf30 can boost up to 24psi I think. Only just installed it.
