                Ian,
OK, I saw it, thought it was relay cool, just didn't reply that's all.
So that would be real close to 200hp at the flywheel. Not bad for a 1.6L, that's more than I thought you could get from one.

Nearly 200hp and nearly the same weight as stock would most defiantly make for a real nice ride. Especially since you autocross.

So I've been giving some thought to the front sway bar. I was thinking maybe take another front bar and add it below the stock one, making some brackets to fit over the front two mounts. For the back maybe take a piece of flat metal and drill two holes the size of the bar end a couple inches apart, then slide it over the end of each bar and put some nuts on there. That should keep the two bars far enough apart so they don't rub. Anyway its just an idea.
But if you're concerned this might add too much under-steer, you could just stiffen up the rear instead. Maybe take the shocks off the rear and replace with a piece of pipe. That should stiffen up the rear enough.

my problem in handling isnt pushing at all. the rear end is to light and has a crappy suspension set up. more than a couple times i have had the rear end slide on my when going through a corner. its not like it has been real bad cause just let off the gas and it catches it self. the aspire rear end swap should make a nice difference... if i ever get to it .
