  • Fun drive home in the snow

10 hours since the last forum post! I put this on facebook but this is some dashcam footage of my drive home last night. It was snowing and my tires are a little worn so it was a lot of fun. I tried to keep it short but i still suck at editing. Some front and rear footage. Lots of people straddling lanes, changing lanes without looking or signalling, driving slow in the wrong lane and so on...

You need a set of Canadian snow tires: http://www.bwbronze.com/festiva/snowtires1.jpg http://www.bwbronze.com/festiva/snowtires2.jpg

It's not the snow that bothers me but sharing the road with newcomers to Canada who didn't grow up driving in the stuff. I recall the first time drving in a snowstorm with front wheel drive, K-car from North Bay to Hailebury. Quite an improvement.
