            Wait friction & petroleum based products can catch fire?



            That was a very entertaining watch though.

            As for the price, yes & no it can be expesive. My friends & I would just go to the JY & pick up a set of all-season tires from a s-10 for his camaro. All seasons burn good. His wheel well was lit up once but never the tires themselves.

              I am sure after all that burning out , there was no petroleum left anywhere , but up in smoke :lol: :lol:

              I have seen many tires and asphalt catch fire from a burnout ..

              Those tires were as big as my S-10 tires , and he was on the rim at the end .
              The rubber was on fire .

                  Ah yes, the Jack Daniels xr8. The fire is a result of excess fuel from the pipes, igniting from the extreme heat of the rear tyres. This actally happens quite often in our burnout comps here in Australia. It also appears that there is only thin tyres on the back too- which explains the easy flicks. This video was taken at the Kwinana motor complex in Western Australia. Nice video...
