modded Festiva on the sand

its still a california car with a license plate,seat belts, and lights, so yeah tecnicly it is street legal.....

but i wouldnt recomend it....the thing handles like a soap box racer and the tires are at like 10-15 psi and there not rated for street...

i guess it you put real off road radials on it it would be ok....but try finding those in 12inch

i hate to ask but was that car an LX, and i noticed that it had a rear wiper set up, i'd love to have one.
