    You guys are ripping apart an obviously nice Festiva. I don't remember anyone saying it was original or untouched in anyway. It was just posted as a "Beaut". I for one would like to have it! :-)

        I found this picture and the bumpers are painted:



        as well as..



        Not to mention my friend's JDM festiva. If you google Ford Festiva under images you see tons of Festiva's with painted bumpers. So it's definately possible that that is the original paint.

          GLs have painted bumpers. I think the confusion is because its a LX with painted bumpers

            I for one don't really care if this guy painted his bumpers or if they came that way. I think it's a pretty nice looking Festiva. It looks a lot nicer than my factory unpainted bumpers and my factory fading body paint.

              i just think its funny that he has the club on it but thats just me. you dont see those things like you do anymore.

                Here's my .02 I'm gonna sat it's a '91-'93 that grill ran on those years also the color matching bumpers for the GL and LX
                the red is what my '91 GL was before repaint.

                  IIRC, the LX ('88-'90 top of the line Festiva) didn't have painted bumpers, but the GL's (91-93) did. This could be a '90 LX. I believe the second grille and ribbed taillights came out in '90.

                    if you got the pics you should have checked the vin for the build year then we would all know for sure what year it was...
