  • Looky What My Neighbour Got!

This guy down the alley from me already has himself a Skyline or something like that (they're a dime a dozen around here now) but he just purchased something truly cool this past week. Sorry I don't have full body shots, but it looks almost exactly like your average 1992 323. Neat!

Japanese spec BP-T, AWD, Viscous center diff...this car rocks! (and would make a totally cool donor car for me)

    that would sweet to have!!!!!!!!!

    1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
    1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

Yeah, it's not too bad getting the cars over here, and a lot of people have realized it over the past 2 years. Our current import laws allow car 15 years or older into the country without too much hassle.

The nice thing is that shipping is actually pretty cheap. You can get a car here from Japan for about $1000, maybe more if you have it shipped from the coast, and maybe a little less if you piggyback on someone else's shipment and pick the car up at the port yourself.

Pretty cool, except for the fact that every second car I see these days is a Skyline or a RHD 300ZX. We've got some really neat cars too. There are a couple of Honda Beats in town, as well as a few of those weird Nissan things that look like snails.

^^ Don't forget there's a couple of Toyota Seras as well. The Nissan snail-like one is called an S-Cargo... think bout that for a minute... it took me a long time to figure out why that name.

everything about that sounds grand up to the point of you trying to title it (unless it's a parts car). but if you're importing a GTX, why (oh god why) would you wnat to part it out?
