Sorry I don't like it. It looks too childlike with the bubbles. The dark blue is nice though.

A little darker blue and no bubbles and I'd say you have a winner.

I'm seeing an aquarium theme in that somewhere... maybe take the blue ribbons/stripes and make them into sea grass, keep the bubbles, and add a few exotic fish... it would certainly be eye-catching...
        No festiva for me ATM...

I'm pro-bubble. In a world of flame jobs and lightning bolts, a different element is nice to see.

I'm thinking a little darker blue would look nice as a base, maybe even a metalic with "course" (large) flakes? and keep either the bubbles or the "sea weed", but probably not both.

Not sure though, they do sort of compliment each other. I like the idea, like Hodag'stiva said, its good to see something different!!

EDIT: if your going to go with the "sea" theme (which i think is a cool idea), instead of having it look childish supplement the bubbles/sea weed with a nice mean looking shark brushed on the hood?

            idn, just some thoughts!

To go along with the water/aquarium theme. How 'bout fading the blue. Light on top with darker on the bottom. I like the bubbles. Maybe a jelly or two?

Definately nice to you coming up with something different than the status quo.

I'm not feeling it but it looks sharp I would put some pearl and gold flake in the mix though
