  • GR2's ARE IN!

Well after being without my baby for 2 weeks almost, the gr2's, fms springs & bushings all around are done.

I also got lower control arms, as the ball joints were worn.

My first impressions are that it's definatly stiffer. A *LOT* less body roll.
I took it out for a spin down a curvy road and really threw it in the corners.
More rattles that I need to adress now though. I NEED to fix my windows (regulators? The little teflon guides? Can't have the window down without an annoying rattle. Need to turn it down halfway. Not just a bit, not all the way down either. I remember someone asking for some before & after shots with the kyb & fms setup, well this is it.

Things are coming along nicely. Next project is more cosmetic stuff. Maybe the side skirts?

You have 13'' wheels right? How do you think the ride quality is for daily driving?

I'm liking the 13" for now. Drove it to work today & the "immediaticy" of the steering is what I notice most.

Well I got the springs, front & rear struts, front tower bushing, front sway bar, rear sway bar. Shipping was to Canada. Bout $600 + 158 for ups.

$868 to have it installed. Here are some day pics. Now I can put MY car as my desktop rather than duritz's.

Sorry my bad, sway bar bushings for the existing front & rear ones. Still actively looking for a top strut bar. Even more so as my mechanic said it's imperative I get one on there. He said that the harder setup will make the top towers cave in over time.
