  • Rescued a Festiva...

last weekend I was so busy and went to Washington state to meet Tim which he had a blue 88 Festiva sold to me and it was hell long driving about 900 miles away for one way trip! but it was worth trip to meet some friends! here pictures!

It was awesome to met Tim and TRUCKstiva in person and I just helped Tim's trouble engine problem with his red festiva which first time I drove his car was very slow respond with hitting gas! the four girls in car on highway was laughs on us and I was little embarrassed couldn't make it fast enough to pass them but later we did fixed some new parts and made a correct on timing and it was big improved and much quicker with hit gas! I am sure he was very happy about it

The blue 88 Festiva was really nice straight body and it was going have project with B6 Sohc engine install and it he supposed not sell it away but something went wrong and have no room for keep and it was once almost send away to junkyard! but I came to rescued it and take away to safe home!

Now its safe and quiet in my garage next to Festiva GTX

I am glad I did made it home safety and I will have lot of job to do and catch up other tasks in here for ff.com

Im happy you got that car. It would have been a real shame if it would have gone to a junk yard.

It was a good weekend, although the weather could have been less rainy and cold.

I got a new hood for my car (now everything matches!) and Festiva GTX helped fix my stumble problem. We had a good time and everything went without a hitch.

I'm glad my project Festiva went to a good home - I can't wait to see what Festiva GTX does with it!
