Here is the the 93 escort GT I picked up sunday.

    the goods...

    holy nice interior batman!

And of course the aspire for the brakes.

I guess we'll use this carbed 88 LX to put it all in.

    Wish me luck!

That was what I was looking for. Somebody to tell me not to. I have the 91 L, but it has ac and I really want a b6 with ac. What else other than an inline fuel pump should I be worried about? I have the whole running GT to use the wiring harness from.

I don't know how many junk yards are in Virginia, but it seems like someone would have a 91+ EFI gas tank you could snag.
Why no, officer. I don't know how fast I was going. My speedometer only goes up to 85...

I have efi tanks. I just think it's easier to add an inline fuel pump. I'm just trying to find out what else is the hang up...before I commit.

the carb fuel lines are a bit smaller than the efi lines, I discovered. Nothing significant for even a b6 swap, but possibly an issue for a BP.

Teqnyck-that's the first time I've ever seen your car. Holy crap! That's all I can say. Oh, and "wow" comes to mind as well.

I guess you're pretty serious about the turbo thing then?

I am hooked on the Festiva LX seats. For one thing they are comfortable and I like the way they look. What clenches it for me is this......
