true, but when you can blow the doors off whatever they own and still get better milage than them, i'm sure they'll earn some respect for our little cars

I think the Cavi looks pretty darned clean! Yank those decals and give the owner a slap in the head and you'd be ok.

OMG!! That Cavalier had HIGH PERFORMANCE PLASTIC WHEEL COVERS!!

Personally, if I had that car I'd put on "Shelby Cobra" stickers. With a "429" on the hood.

As for that "big wheel convertible," I can see the stock brakes not stopping it for a light with a normal car in front. I can then see the front suspension hitting the rear end of the other car and collapsing, subsequently dropping 4000 pounds of old heavy metal onto the stopped car's roof.

This is my buddy Jay's truck I'm helping him with. Some people like to laugh at these things, I figured this is a festiva site and we're used to laughing at ourselves.

We're repainting the bed after building the box to hold the tank and pump. Had to weld different gas shocks onto the frame and we need to repaint that too. We also just finished hiding the lines. That air horn if from a freight train, really loud when the tank is about 120 psi and higher.

there's a big difference between 'rice', and a nicely done, well thought out custom, that happens to be an import. Looks sharp, and I don't usually like low riders!

It's body dropped 3" and he's fixing to paint it. It's going to be a geen/copper color. Still has ac, heat, power windows, power steering, and all controls work normally. The front will lay flat but we haven't tried to throw sparks with the rear because the temporary tires will rub the tubs.

Do you need wheel locks for a truck like that?

Nicely done refers to "Tuners." "Ricers" are wanna be "Tuners" who can't figure how to make their car look nice or don't have the money to and are trying to get by on the cheap. "Ricers" street race, "Tuners" bench race or race at sanctioned events where it is legal.

I wish i had my camera today. I have never seen so many funny cars on a school campus. First I see this bone stock nissan that has two miss matched seats for a harness and the ultimate is the master kill switch and NOS switch on the counsle. I'll get some pics if I remember my camera. Then I just saw a Cavi that was completely riced out. When I asked him what he was packing under the hood I didn't get a response. So I figured it was stock. It is nice to get to laugh at someone else for a change. We don't always have something to brag about (other than amazing milage), at least I don't draw attention to myself the way these guys do.

I love the look of a well done lowrider! This is one!
I wouldn't personally do it, I want a truck to be a truck, ya know? But dang, that one looks Sharp!
