  • Broke Festdiva out today

Hadnt driven Festdiva since October 17th 2007. Last time I drove it was when I took it for a test drive after replacing all the front wheel bearing. I put it away for the winter after that. It fired right up, no hesitation. I rinsed off the dust, filled it up, and drove it about fifty miles. Im on my second week of work at the new job. I figured it was time to drive a different festiva after someone asked me about Redford today. Let the mind bending begin. :evil4:

That has to feel good! I haven't drove my green car since Ohiostiva last Oct. And it will probably be awhile before I do still.

It was sweeeet ! After I take Freshtivas battery back out of Jesse, Freshtiva is going for a ride too. It hadnt been out since The St. Louis meet in Nov 07. I love driving that car. It rides and drives like new. I didnt think spring would ever make it after this past winter.

Don't let Diva hear you say that, she is already vain enough. I'm still hoping that if she hangs around the ranch long enough she'll lose the spoiled Diva image ( I'm partly to blame) and just be a festiva. I think the others will bring her around eventually. Peer pressure you know.

A fine looking Festiva, Fresh. We never hear much about Festdiva. It's good to see her. I guess she doesn't get out much, garage queen that she is.

I keep thinking about entering Diva in FOTM again. She is still crushed by her FOTM defeat last Nov. I tell her I think she should have won but.......I think she is still too fragile to handle another loss so soon so Ive tried to keep her away from it. Have you seen the interior, or the engine bay, or the receipts ?? Yeah you probably have.
