I think this engine has missed several oil change. Nice color !!! You should brush the lettering on the VC it would be more beautiful.

Nice job. How long did all that take you?

Take a block and a piece of sandpaper and sand the paint off the valve cover letters. It will give it a nice touch.

from empty red bay to the last pics in about 6 hours, got really aggravated trying not to scratck the firwall and such while lowering the engine in, right now the only problem that stands, is there is no bracket or anything under the dash to mount the clutch cable to cable, why dont i have anything there? and what did others do about this durring their AT-MT swaps? and i will be selling this car when its done, PM me with a price and i will let you know.

Do you mean you have no bracket on the pedal assmy? It should be behind the clutch pedal position switch.
                      Going old school...

I know I had a problem a while back with the piece you need, it should be on the side of the bracket that holds the clutch,errr.....heres the post, F3BZ was kind enough to post a diagram.....

I either could not find festies, or they were auto, or the one place that had a manual snapped off the piece you need whil removing...

                        Best of luck!
