LAN party last night

Went to a LAN party last night. Trackmania United was the game of choice. As you can see the car was loaded up with the necessary hardware. (click on thumbnails for a larger picture.

I've been dry since 12/94 so it's still at the store, unless you mean root beer. Instead of beer we had soda and ice cream.

nerds..... j/k i love LAN party's they are the $*** but i don't know if i could attend a dry one... nothing better then getting drunk wile playing some video games... it's funny to see how bad people get or how good they get when they are drunk...

Congratulations Gottafesty. I"m always impressed when I hear of someone that doesn't have alcohol dominating their life.My stepson's father died of alcohol poisoning at the age of 42. Just last week I had to run an obnoxious drunk out of the stands at a rugby match for using foul language. Maybe Gothguy should consider waiting until he's old enough to drink before he starts bragging about it.

Looks like you had some tough competition gottafesty!!! hehehehe Looks like fun though. I can't say that I have ever been to a LAN party, but wanted to back when I was playing Quake.

@ handyman. thanks. 1994 was one big wake up call for me, but that's another story altogether.

The party was a blast (even if it was dry). And the competition was fierce. I mean no mercy. I was harrassed all night. "Uncle Jeff you're to slow" "Dad you're going down." etc. And the little boy, my nephew, taunted me even when he lost. No respect. :hmph:

I'm ready to do it again.

only lan party i ever did was halo, only game i owned and only reason i bought an xbox, we played every friday for close to two years, all dry, jes los of caffiene and pizza, 8 to 16 ppl, rocked, now i play wow occasionally, fun stuff
