I wish that we would have been in your Ontario...maybe you would have wanted to help heheheh:-) We have been slowly doing a total restoration on both of the festivas, and the one we just painted has the new (2 years old now) F.M engine in it. We have pretty much totally rebuilt the whole car, and I just have the interior left to do.

I can't believe what a difference a few days made! The car wasn't from NC originally I take it?

Hhehehe no it wasn't from Atlanta originally Brian. You must have me mixed up with some "other" wrestler:-) I bought the car on Ebay from a guy in Florida and he never mentioned that it was originally from up north. I didn't see any rust in the pictures when I bought it sooo.......I assumed it was in fact a florida car. All's well that ends well though. I got all of the major stuctual rust repaired and kept it out of the salvage yard:-

My next paint project will be one of my 94 GT's I would love to do the yellow one, but I think I'm going to put a fresh coat on my burgundy one and sell it. I'm sure I can find someone who will want an unmolested stock 5.0;-)

Thanks a bunch...that was the color paint that I said was really close to the original color. It was a lot of work in a short amount of time, but I think it was worth it!

Thanks Marcus. Like I said before, I'm glad that I didn't get the metal from you. I wouldn't have wanted to put you through what I had to go through to get it. It certainly was torture getting it from the salvage yard in the 95 degree plus weather with the humidity WAY up. It all makes for a good story though right?? The extremes that I went through to save the festiva hehehe.

That would be great Doug!! We've been talking about redoing that bathroom for a while now haven't we LOL. If wrestling season wasn't so close I would certainly come up there and remodel the bathroom AND work on the car with you, but unfortunatly I have to stay here in Georgia and whoop on these high school guys and teach them a bit;-)
