I'll make a short video of it with the (very quiet) MP3 I have of it. For some reason the computer I recorded it with made it really quiet even though I had my amp all the way up. I have to do a shift change tomorrow (I'm supposed to be in bed right now) then to a nieces game but i'll try to squeeze it in.

I just hooked it up to an amp, no pedals or overdrive. For some reason the amp i used has an output that is ment to be re-amplified. Or at least thats what I call it. I just hooked up to my computer. It also has a passive (piezo) pickup so thats another reason it's quiet. But I assure you it's plenty loud enough. Without an amp it's just perfect for sitting around and strumming without really bothering anyone.

Wow that has ALOT different sound than I had playing in my head when I first seen it. Somehow I was thinking it would sound deeper the a ukalele but along that line. Very cool indeed!Search Master - Honorary Member of Midwest Festiva Inc., Gulf Coast Chapter

Yeah, it sounds like the blues because thats what started the blues, home-made instruments. Lightnin' hopkins made one and "kept" his sound. Jimi Hendrix started making them when he was young. You'd be suprised at the popular artists that started on a simple home-made instrument.

You really find how much work you do when you're trying to break it down into steps and take pictures.
