don't waste $$ on new 'stiva stuff. Just do the aspire swap. You can hardly replace the rotors without a press anyways.

Changed the oil and filter today
Changed the oil and filter today, that old oil was dirty! I also drained the tank and put in fresh gas, and injecter cleaner. Also got a new battery, no more jumpstarting!
After doing all that, Old Red is running ALOT better the knocking noise completely went away and it idles alot smoother nowNext are the plugs and wire, and air filter.

I like your oil drain pan!
I use the same thing for my oil changes. In fact, you don't need to jack the car up to change the oil. If you turn the passenger wheel all the way to the right you can get to the drain plug from the side, and your tub should clear the oil pan with the wheels on the ground.
Did you replace the fuel filter too? It's probably clogged up with crud from the gas tank.
