MUHAHAHAHA another one converted! That's what we southerners do, we lure you down here with fried foods, hot women, and hospitality. Then we thin your blood so you can't go back...eventually the north will be ours for the taking. The main problem with the plan is that Florida isn't big enough to hold all of ya! I know what you mean, but I am th opposite. I worked outside in the fields in 100+ degree heat, now it hits 89 and I am dying! Atsa whole lotta snow in those pics...I'll stay where I am!

last year was the first time i had my festiva in the snow and i loved it. i really got the hang of using the e-brake to drift around in the snow. i would go to the old kmart at the edge of town and drift around the light poles and show up the teenagers in their tuners lol. i tightened my ebrake up some so this year should be even more fun since i already know how to drive it in the snow.
the only thing that sucks here in the winter is the ice. we make get an inch of snow but there will be 2 inches of ice below it. i put my festiva in a deep ditch last year and the tough old beast climbed right out completely unharmed. much to the suprise of my friend that was following me and another person that witnessed me slam tailpipes first into the ditch

about the only time i really couldnt go anywhere last winter was after a bad ice storm that left so much ice on and round my car i couldnt even get into it. it took me two days of chipping to get through the nearly 2 inches of ice covering my car lol. there was so much ice that my tires were frozen to pavement and a flag just downt eh road from me was frozen solid.

its ok for a daily driver. most of the work i have done to it is internal. ive justadded a dual exhaust system, fog lights, repainted the rims and restored the beauty rings on the outside. and as for driving in the snow its not hard to get the hang of it. ive only been driving this car for a lil over a year and a half and before i started driving it i didnt even know how to drive a stick. just go find an empty parking lot when it snows and just have some fun

Well, i love it here in Colorado. Sometimes we get lots of snow, sometimes we dont. But when we do, it dont stick around very long here unless your in the mountains. I remember when i lived in Davenport, Iowa and the winters there were really rough. I also lived in Muskegon , Mi and didnt see the sun for weeks at a time. Yep, i love Colorado. We actually have more sun here than Miami, Fl. I usually drive my truck when it snows here cause we have too many idiots here that dont know how to drive and i dont want one of them running into the Grey Ghost. And i have to get up at 2 in morning when i snows to go plow since i work for the county here. Love the change of the seasons here. Life is good in Colorado
