apparently, it's this super rare option you could get in your festiva that can keep you cool and the summer and make you colder in the winter.

I had been trying to figure out where the aux. cooling fan goes for the air conditioner condenser. Thanks to your picture, i now know.

be warned, the back of the bumper support and cover need to be trimmed to clear the fan.
