Can't decide what to do with this one. It either needs an axle, tires, alignment, and brakes? (and then sold), or it needs to have it's low mileage power plant transplanted into a festiva. Decisions decisions.

I agree. It's time for the heart and soul of that one to compete for FOTM. If you know what I mean.

Do the swap!! BP festivas are a blast to drive and the swap is fairly easy as well

              1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
              1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

I'll take a risk of getting kicked off the forums here, but if the body and interior are in good shape, please don't kill that thing just cause it needs axles and brakes. An LTS that isn't completely ragged out and destroyed is very hard to come by. Find a protege or a beat up EGT if you really want a BP, but don't let a good (assuming its in pretty good shape, it looks like it is) LTS become a sacrifice to the cause.
                  No festiva for me ATM...

It is actually in decent shape. I got an offer on feoa.net and I counter offered. It is rare. I already have an EGT that Skeeters Keeper is coming to help me with right before thanksgiving. The tough calls are...
                    The egt has 160,000
                    The LTS has 106,000
The EGT is a 5 speed
                    The LTS is an auto
both engines and trans are in great shape.
                    Like I said tough call.

I have a solution - keep the LTS and I'll take the EGT off your hands free of charge

I think we should swap the B6 in my car for the BP in that and then sell it to some unsuspecting fellow.

I say keep it and fix the axle and brakes. With it being an auto you are going to have to change over some parts with a 5 speed BP, might as well as sell it off and find a nice 5 speed car.

I say fix and flip the LTS. It's too rare to part out with a clear conscience (at least for me), and with a few parts and safety inspection, I bet you could pull a small profit.
