  • Wintiva is home

Went and picked up the car this morning. Drove it 25 miles home. If ran good and shifted good. The cable is off of the heater control so I drove home w/o heat, and the wiper blade is wasted so bad it was better visability to not use it at all, at least it wasnt streaking. I had to keep the window down to keep the inside of the windows from fogging up with the help of a rag but despite that and my frost bite we made it home in fine shape. Amazingly the car has no dings or dents just rust. The frt fenders are keepers for sure. Here are some pictures. Aint it a beaut !?? Still has the factory cat so Im sure its a safe investment @ $200.

It's a shame that you have to deal with rust up there. That would be a great project car if not for the cancer.

Here is a vid, the high speed whining is the cooling fan motor, its hard wired to run. Sorry about the two separate vids I accidentally shut the camera off half way through the drive. It runs great, no CV joint popping either.

Nice find, any ideas why the bottoms of the doors tend to rust? It doesn't seem like much water would collect there.

Probably where it catches the salt spray off of the frt tires.
