    oh... heh heh... just saw 91bluefestiva's post of engine possibilities... what else could potentially go under this hood?

    Focustiva: Because I was told it was was impossible to fit a Focus bumper on a Festiva.

        Well.... since it IS a concept.... use your imagination! All's I gotta do is hit the eraser a few times!

            turbo mazda 2.0 ........oh hell lets go twin charged (turbo/super) revised design of the 1.6/ 1.8 b series motor...... just to keep it retro.....

                H2 fuel cell (hydrogen, not Hummer), fed by compressed H2 or CNG thru a HC reformer, with traction motors in all four wheels! Supplimented by an H2/CNG gas turbine generator!

                      Oh what the hey! 6 piston calipers on each wheel? How about a small gas turbine engine, ala the MTT Y2K Superbike? Electrochromic or suspended-particle device user-adjustable tint on all the windows? I need to get to drawing some more!

                          Well, I did consider a McLaren type 3 seat interior w/driver's seat smack in the middle and a passenger's seat behind & to either side of the driver.

                              I vote suspended particle. I think it has more potential for varying gradient!

                              Oh, and I already spec'd a turbine!!
