        Looks like a flower car for funerals. If that the case it most likely would have been done by any of the coachbuilders that make hearses.

          That looks like a job that would be done by Superior. They make hearses and flower cars, and used to make ambulances on Cadillac frames until the late 70s.

                      more pics of linchero, im covering the back of the spa with a vinyl tonneau cover with snaps. the same color as the top except vinyl. there were no tags on who modified it. cant find another one like it. this was never a flower car.they had stainless steel beds,
