He charges anywhere from 85 to 100.
Depending on the time he has to make it, and shipping charges.

          Yeah.
That's something on my "to-do" list, also.
I got a uke for Christmas, and have played with it a few times.
I think the chords are pretty similiar to that of a guitar.
So it shouldn't be too hard.

anomoly40, that is quite the art and craftsmanship! do you use any parts off of parts guitars or everything from scratch? I am not an avid guitar player, but have a basic acoustic that I pluck around on occasionally. i stick to the piano mainly.

I use the strings, and tuners from a guitar. The rest I find or make. Each guitar is different because of this. Every thing is custom made right down to the homebrew Radio Shack pickup and volume pots. It's kind of hard to get certain styles of boxes because we have 1 cigar shop and they have a very wide selection. I haven't seen another box like the one Paul's is built from. Thats why I usually stray away from "special orders". I've gotten a build pattern down so you might start seeing more For Sale.

I'm just really glad Paul is enjoying it cause I love building them.

Ok. Don't be mad when you get an old Kleenex box with a rubber band stretched across it.

Hey D, I'm not a musician by ANY stretch of the imagination, but I am an electronics Goober! Would you be willing to share some details of your homebrew pickup?

A Piezo buzzer(273-091 I think) that I break out of the plastic case, a 100K Pot wired as a volume knob, another 100K wired as a variable resistor and a 1/4 mono jack. I'll post a picture when I get home.
