  • Took a trip to the Dyno today

    Car isn't running right so went to get it tested a bit today. Dyno'd out at 132hp with 159torgue with how it's running now.

    -Escort GT 91 donor car with BP, G5M-R tranny to be dropped in the little guy...

      I can't wait to find out. It was kinda funny there was a brand new Corvette there with a 427 and a huge cam in it getting tuned there and everyone was over checking out the little car, lol.

        Every car I have owned has had a turbo in it, until I bought this latest festiva.. I plan to fix that though.

                All I was able to find out so far is that it is not getting enough fuel. It also does have some boost creep but i am hoping that porting the wastegate will solve that.

                    That's pretty good as far as i'm concerned. We pulled 120 on 4 1/2psi (1.5 sohc).
                    I bet it's a handful in a smaller Festy (non aspire).

                      I rode in that car before I bought my Sport (got it from Matt). If that is all it was pulling when I rode in it then I could not imagine what it would do if it was running right. That car was/is a wicked crazy ride.

                        yeah that is very low. My stock B6t with a riech ecu at 17 psi put down 170 hp and 173 lb/ft
