    Junkyard treasure.

    Went to the local auto recyclers this morning looking for a set of 13" wheels. Didn't find any but they had gotten a Festiva in over the winter, and it was white! I went over and grabbed the hood (which was straight with only the slightest rock chip on it) to replace the deer-damaged hood on our car and was about to bring the hood back up front when I noticed a full set of factory mudflaps. I broke almost every single bolt off but the flaps are in decent shape and will be getting put to use on our local logging roads.

          Just a question, I should know seeing as I took off the flaps, but are new holes needed for the front mudflaps? I thought the holes would line up with the inner feder screws but they dont. The holes for the rear are all there though.

              an arm and a leg seeing that you cant get new ones anymore.
              Trees aren't kind to me...

                      Put the new hood and the flaps on today, makes it look like a new car. Heres a couple of quick pics of it in the garage. The hood isn't perfectly lined up as the deer tweaked more than just the hood but it looks pretty darn good. And I couldn't be happier with the look of the flaps, now I just need to get some new all seasons and ditch the winter tires.
