I installed a couple of these sets before I had any instructions. I always wondered why they didnt just use the two existing screws in the front fender for mounting the flaps instead of having to drill two new ones. There is even a small popped up area that goes over the two existing screws. I didnt install front ones for a long time just because I didnt want to drill new holes in my fender.sigpic
