My Ozark Meet and vacation pics(56k = NO)

I probably didnt take as many pics of the meet as others did, but I got alot of the drive over to the B&B that Dan and Doug stayed at and a bunch of others as well. So here we go.
Of course, no photo set is complete without a pic of MONSOON and the SuperModel!

Heading over to the B&B. I know I was ....... some drivers off taking these because I was speeding up to catch each car then drifting back to get them in the frame. LOL Oh well.










At the B&B.The guy that owns the place was really cool and let us put the cars where we wanted and take some pics. He was also kind enough to show us some of his cars including a 72 Cuda him and his son are restoring!



Theres a story to go with this bench, actually not a story but more of a wish Dan has involving it and Laura!:evil:

The drive to Branson was amazing, very pretty drive, hilly but not very twisty! We needed to go on the Goat trail my TomTom sent Deb and me on going to Hoxie,Ar.:p

Once we got to Branson and got everything set.
These are the posters that my daughter in law and I put together. Well I did the legwork and told her how I wanted it, then she put it together for me.

Our poster for the meet with pics of other members rides as well as the history of the Festiva and dates for upcoming meets!



We were still waiting for a couple others to show up at this point.


I think at this point the only 1 still not there was FFL.







A bit later on we had quite a few members of the Vette Clubs come over and ask questions about the cars. Some real cool guys and gals in those clubs!
Believe it or not, the ONLY pic I have that shows the other cars there!

Deb and I stayed in Branson for a couple days to visit with Debs Dad and take in some sights.
Tablerock Dam and fish hatchery.

Didnt get any pics of the drive going to Debs Moms house or Arkansas in general. Picture in your mind lots of flat land and you pretty much get the idea!
But on the way home I figured no trip is complete especially if youre going that way anyways, without a trip to Graceland!

We really enjoyed ourselves and enjoyed meeting everyone as well. And are truly looking forward to doing it again. I know Doug spoke with the gentleman that runs the event at Area57 about a full event that would include discounts for the hotel next door and track and strip time. But this is Dougs genie so Ill let him open that bottle.
