This morning I had breakfast with my parents and when I checked the spare for air, I found the spare wheel well filled with water. Yuck.

So later after I got home and had pulled stuff out, I sprayed water over the back to see where it was coming from.

Loose taillights, it looks like. The bolts were finger loose, so I tightened them. I'll keep an eye out when it rains next few days before I put all the padding back in.

In the meantime, I took some pictures of my newly mowed yard as I relaxed on my back porch. Maybe I'll post some other pics from the past few weeks.

Here is Luxstiva on the left, Twinstiva on the right, and if you look through Lux's windows, Muttstiva is near the alley:

    Another view:

I may live in the city, but the green grass and the sunny day made this worth posting, methinks.

A few weeks ago at work I took some pics of Twin:

And a view inside the back:

Twin got me to Utica, NY and back last month. She averaged about 38 mpg the whole trip, with highway speeds of around 62 to 65 mph.

Oh, and as for the drawing pads, I watched my friend Elizabeth on TV that night, too:

I suppose photobucket is working out! Getting my practice, eh?

Karl, good call on the taillights. I've had problems with the light's gaskets on several Festies. Instead of the original gaskets, or the mouse pad gaskets, I've been using camper-top foam tape. Much thicker, very resilient and fairly dense. Haven't had any leaks since using it (knock on wood).
