  • Newest Festiva Restore Project.

    This little Festy is a Festy that was owned by a little old lady that I chased down and knew she wouldn't sell, from a previous post. Well, she sold it, to me, about 6 months later. It is an maroon '89 LX, fi, auto, with 170,000+ miles with brown interior. Known faults are, battery, very leaky valve cover gasket, least I hope that's all that's leaking, exhaust, brakes, left half shaft, and cleanliness.

    Here are some starter pics. I am going to work on battery replacement, vc gasket, degreasing the oiliest engine compartment I have ever seen, and suspension, today.

        Oiliest engine compartment? You should of seen mine when I got the car from my dad.... he might know how to work on cars... but he sucks at maintaining them.

        But anyways.. thats going to look mighty fine when you get done with it

          That ain't oil, it's undercoating.
