What I like about these cars and the people that have them is you can do just about anything to change the look, ride, etc and it don't cost lots of money.

As a guy whos has put mazda badgeing all over my festiva i think its great.....messing with peoples minds....i went to a huge import auto show and got similar responses. "Whoa its a 121 and its the real deal it says mazda in the steering wheel." then he mumbled something about "i thought it was just a converted festiva." LOL

Hey gottefesty check your pm's :-) Trying to get ahold of you. At least I think I sent it.

I think this car is sweet, I don't like the visor on the front but it is his personal preference. I would love to see a BMW rwd conversion under the hood of that car to support the badges, but they do look cool. Half the time people don't know what a festiva is anyways, so it will keep them guessing. Keeping doing what your doing as long as you love the car.

LOL, you guys are so nice to newcomers.....

I could care less about ford, they didn't design or build the Festiva. So why should they get credit for the best car they've ever made.

I would rather mine have Mazda 121 badges. I mess with people that don't know what it is. Half I tell it's a Mazda 121, but if they're in a honda I tell them it's a '89 Honda Fit.

OK, I suppose I did go a bit overboard with "Madness", seeing as how I plopped a gen-you-wine Lamborghini "raging bull" sticker on my hood, between the racing stripes. Bring on the evisceration!!!

LOL.. I left the Ford emblem on, centered a gold Mazda emblem on the license plate shield and installed a Kia pride grille. When asked, I tell them it's a Mazda Kia Ford special.
