That would explain it. Wonder what went through his little mind when that thing started to turn.

At least the ground hog that crawled up on my engine and cooked itself last year didn't damage anything.

A couple of years ago I, fittingly, had a bat fly out in front of me and get himself stuck in my grill. Was on my company truck, so I just left him there until the car wash guy came in over the weekend.

Hey that looks delicious.......can I have it? When I first started up my MG (5 years ago, after 10+ years of sitting on some guys garage) it blew eaten seeds and dead mice every where in my garage (exhaust pipe)

Never had a smell...I am thinking it may have been there when we bought the car. It always made a really weird noise when you cranked up the blower all the way. Told my wife it was pretty pathetic for a Bonneville to sound like that when you turned on the blower. Now that the new one is in all that you have is air rushing out of the vents.
Never really seemed like a vibration either....just really loud sounding when running....until the end that is. It vibrated violently when I turned it on one day and then nothing. You could hear the motor turning but the squirrel cage was not turning.

Bonneville .. Ya , we had a similar problem when we had our Bonneville , made a real loud drone when on high , it finally disintegrated the cage and broke into 3 pieces .
