  • Went to Yellowstone

We spent a couple of nights in Yellowstone. Here's some misc. pictures. No wildlife pictures even though we saw plenty buffalo, deer, and elk, but no bears or wolves.

This panorama was taken from Mt. Washburn. It was a 3 mile hike to the top and full of snow drifts. At least 1/3 the trail was walking on the snow. But the view from the top was worth it.

Of course we took the Festiva.

Logan here's some Google Earth screen shots to show you where I was at. I know it was next to Yellowstone Lake. I put an arrow in the first picture to show you the point and the second picture has a red line showing the pull out I was parked in. It would be pretty cool if you took a picture there also.

For those of you that have never been to Yellowstone, it's well worth the trip. My daughter and I go every year and never get tired of it.

You have to get a picture in that spot. If you use google earth you can mark a waypoint right on the map where he took that shot and go right there.

Here it is I had to guess on the exact location and angle of the picture because it had been almost 2 weeks since the last time I saw yours. I don't think it is the same pull off on the lake but looks close. We had a great time
