  • ^^ I see that now. Turned out well. The over spray on the cardboard looked more like the color of the car than black. Didn't know if you had changed the color. The car looks a lot different than the one in the weeds on the first page.

      • Woohoo!! got both rear shocks replaced now.

The lower shock bolts were kinda a pain to get out.. especially the drivers side one But neither one broke on me, so thats good The back is really stiff now

Got the underside of the spoiler painted

I really like this L+ interior that I swapped into it.

I think I may cut another set of springs to raise the back just a hair, since the back is lower than the front right now.. These are cut 2 coils, I'm thinking that if I cut the backs 1 1/2 coils it would sit better..

          • Looks real nice! I like the look of a car with the rear just barely noticably higher. Is that kinda what you're looking at?

Look forward to seeing it with the spoiler mounted btw

Thanks, yep I want it to be the same or just barely higher than the front. I already got the springs cut and painted, I'll try them tonight and see how it sits then.. The spoiler should look real nice

                    • Curious how the new ones will affect the way the car sits. Nice work, you are always at it.

                          • New stance

here's how it sits with the new springs in back.. My set up is stock festiva springs cut 2 coils in front, and 1 1/2 in back. Looks real nice IMO.
