  • Drove throught the Beartooth mountains on the border of Wyoming and Montana. These were near Beartooth Pass which is over 10,000 feet high.

    The pointed spire is The Bear's Tooth.










    The rainbow was taken on the way back home outside of Cody.

      • that is some great stuff. every once in awhile ill head up to the blue ridge but it aint really as wide-open as those mountains are.
        it'll do the 1/8 in 13.7, spin tires, and make all my drunk buddies giggle.

          • The Blue Ridge is beautiful too. It's just a different beautiful. This was actually the first time I had ever been on this road. I was told it was spectacular but I was still blown away with the views. However, I only took 93 pictures today. :lol:

              • Yes, I have a Sony A100. Sony bought Minolta's camera division. I bought the Sony because I had a couple of Minolta lenses already. I'd really like to upgrade, but I'm not ready to fork out the cash and so it will have to wait.
