Ever seen a 72mm turbo on a Del sol?

It's a friend of mine. He drove the car on the interstate 60 miles one way to our only track in AR, a 1000 ft track at Centerville. Then swapped street tires for drag radials and took it down the track. The only run I got to see was a 10 sec run where he bogged at the launch. He's running 14psi and has it tuned to around 460 hp on the B18.

He's hoping to get mid 8's as he was running 9's with a different turbo and tune. I'm sure he got lower e.t.'s after we left. I love this car.

Not sure on exact specs but knowing Dustin he's done his research. I'll find out more after I text him.

Well I can't vouch for how fast it feels because the track won't allow passengers in sub-11 second cars. But by the numbers I seen, it's decently decent.

I told him he needs to get a APC wing for the rear and make some 12" "billit" wing risers.

He has access to anything he needs. I know he had to also work on a EP with a K28 and a Type R tranny yesterday. They were modding the fuel maps and decided to leave in closed loop so it'd compensate itself just so they'd make it in time to run before they didn't allow entrys. Thats why I only got to see 1 pass.

He's a honda tech and he's had that car for 4 or so years with as many engine setups as I have underwear(okay more than I have underwear) so I'm sure he has the tranny to handle it. He also has a S2000 that he Autocrosses.

One thing that I respect about Dustin is that he has earned every dollar that he's put into those cars. He got the S2k for $14k through the dealership he works at. 2003 model with 20,000 miles I think.
