  • I did some experimenting with tint

I always like a tint strip across the top of the winsheild, and i had some red tint laying around and this is what i came up with, it needs to be re-done so before i do, should i keep the red "Fastiva" letters? or go straight black?

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

If you can get the lettering professionally done, OK, but as is I'd say it looks too home-made, so go with straight black.

Definitely, if you could get the lettering in the Festiva font, that would be too cool. Otherwise, I'd probably go with the black tint only.

Like i said it does need to be re-done and yes does look too home-made for my liking so i like the idea of getting the red letters professionally cut and trying it again, if worse comes to worse it can easily be peeled off

do the tint in straight black and get the leters profesionally cut and install on the exterior - just make sure your wipers clear them

I thought about that but i don't want the letters to fade, which is why i tried tint instead
