Those are some really good pics. I have a whole folder on my secondary harddrive dedicated to lightening pictures. There are some really crazy ones out of Florida and the tropics.

sasquatch, I have a remote shutter button with a lock. I set the camera to continuous shooting mode and then lock the remote shutter button and promptly fill up my cards. I usually end up with around 200 or 300 photos, most of which are promptly deleted.
So yes, I set it to take a bunch of pictures and then delete them. lol

I use a Sony A100 dslr. The picture with the most lightning in it was taken at f/8 and 3.2sec.
