    Found a video of my dad's tractor he recently fixed up on youtube.
    Craig's Minnie UB Diesel with wide front at Cold Spring Minnesota Car Show 2009!

    It's a 1955 Minneapolis Moline UB Special Diesel Wide front.

        That is one nice tractor! Looks like a lot of effort and care went into it. Certainly something to be proud of!

          At the local carnivals and parades, we have the regulars that always enter their tractors... There are some super amazing machines out there.

              thanks guys! I really like this tractor, and it's a blast to drive! There are still a few little things that need to be done, like new gauges, new headlight, and a new steering wheel.

                Sweet man. When I lived in TN. there were alot of tractor shows. That thing would definitly win some trophies!!

                    We had one of those MM wide fronts when my dad had his farm...though it was not a 55! I helped him a couple years ago in restoring a ford 8N, came out nice when finished too i must say. Nice pictures!

                      Nice Wes! My grandpa fixed up a Ford 8N a couple years ago also, but he put a flathead ford V8 in it, that thing was fun! That was also the tractor that he had running with one head taken off, so we could see the pistons moving up and down on it, amazing.

                        Is the yellow paint the original leaded formulation?
                        It has a distinctive hue.
