why don't you scrap one to my front yard, I'll pay scrap prices for a festiva with no engine. What do they give you $100?

75 a ton right now. We just crushed 350 cars at my work. Haul em down to missouri I'll buy each one for 50 bucks engine or not.

On a side note a hacked a festiva into 6 pieces, kept the vin plates and firewall number....still have the clear title as well.....they never asked me for documentation.

I called a wrecker to haul my doner out of my driveway. They came and took it. I never met the people,no questions, no title, just a phone call. I guess they should becareful, I have a CHIMO for a neighbor.....could get interesting

                  LOL

When I scrapped what was left of my Contour, they almost didn't want the title. I had to force them to take it and sign it. I'm guessing it varies per state and county.

Also depends on what scrapper you take it too. If you take it to someone that specializes in crushing cars....they'll ask for it. If you have a salvage busniess the crushers will ask for it. All those title had to be deleted out of the DMV system.

                        Tony,

If you were in NC I would be camping out at your place in the morning with a trailer.

When you say running, are they drivable? Any EFI with 5 spd?

^ That's my question too. I don't have a trailer so I would have to drive it the 3 hours home. That might be like playing Russian roulette when you have a car that has extreme "lot-rot" from sitting for so long unattended.

Well,10 are gone and whats left are questionable as far as running, driving,or anything like that.I would trailer one home.
