Hi guys, sorry to get you excited, nothing to see here (yet!)
Just wondering if you guys would be interested in me posting up photos from when my car does go into the smash repairers? They are fixing up hail damage plus the 2 driver-side doors which got mashed by some moron who couldn't park properly.
I've asked if they can take progress photos of the work for me and they're happy to oblige. All the work will involve respraying, they'll also be doing some detailing work and replacing the exterior plastic door trims. it's costing me $1000 (instead of the original $500 agreed amount) to get $3800 worth of work done, still a good deal. Worth perhaps as much as the car itself but they assure me it'll be looking almost new once its done.
No dates confirmed yet, they are waiting until a courtesy car is available for me so probably 3-4 weeks time. They'll have her for over a week so there should be some good pics to see if anyone's interested.
