  • I can't believe I'm not fat...ter

I love food and I love to get pics even at nice restaurants.

My latest addiction at home... caramel apples

Bacon, eggs, home grown tomatoes, homemade muffins...

    Some crazy Indian lamb dish...

It was good but the appetizer was some chili fish?? It was delectable ... be still my beating tastebuds

Another at home creation.... apples, bananas, grapes, peanut butter, and honey..

Sushi appetizer.... fresh live scallops. They were ALIVE minutes before they were in my mouth!!

Uni (sea urchin) sushi with a quail egg. Holy decadent batman!

Some crazy sushi rolls. Both melt in your mouth bliss.

And the plate. The two white pieces are albacore - white tuna sashimi. My favorite piece of fish.

I found these old pic from our wedding rehearsal dinner in 04.

No doubt, I left a few on there, just to see how red they'll get, and how much hotter they are when they turn red. Last year, ended up with one that got missed, and it was dark orange when I finally picked it. That one was crazy. Had my eyes watering as soon as I split it.

^^ So which all you can eat joint in Raleigh is this showdown going to be held at?

My son just figured out he can't eat Habaneros with the old man. Tried a sliver about 10 minutes ago, and he's been drinking ever since. I finished the thing, and haven't taken a sip yet.
