I am in the middle of drilling out the mounting pads on some Tiburon seats. The best thing about them, is that the seat belt receptor is part of the seat, and moves with the seat. It is always in the same place when you slide the seat back and forth. I just need someone to cut me off a set of Festiva mounting pads off of a set of junked seats.
I like the manual belts better, but being short the rub on my neck and the auto belts don't. So I will stick with the auto belts.
I just found out a new tidbit of info on the festiva. After 17 years that doesn't happen too often. The manual belts have 2 upper mounting points! 5.0 Zone told me right after I was showing several people the back seat tricks.
^probably talking about how you can flip it forward against the front seats, and also have it lay flat all the way to the back of the car with the seat bottom in the normal position.

Flat to the back is the one nobody, even long time festy owners, knows about. I showed one girl at the meet. She bought her festy new in 88 and didn't know. She was like a kid in a candy store! I've showed about 75 festy owners and maybe 5 knew. made a video there. I will post it.

Ooooh, that is a good trick! If you have the separate-headrest seats, you could probably remove the headrests, slide the seats all the way forward, fully recline the seatback, and have a nice long bed to sleep on. Has this been done?
