        I think you will have a clearance issue. Your tire will rub on your tail light. Ha! How many times has that been said?

                      Might want to learn the basics about a car before you go diving into something that youll never be able to pull off on a Festiva without doing modifications to it that will probably make it structurally unsound.
                      Nevermind the fact that every place you go will have to be directly in front of where youre coming from. Because youll only be able to go in a straight line with those WAY too big dumb*** rims on it.

                              What tires are you going to use on 18" rims? For a Festiva, 18" rims are ultra huge!
